3.	What is your refund/return policy?
	If we fail to meet your expectations for any reason, return it for an exchange or refund. Details please refer to Return & Refund Policy. Of course, in the rare circumstance where I make a shipping mistake, you will be entitled to a refund of your entire transaction amount. Please note: It is my pledge that you will receive the exact item that you ordered or bid on!
4.	If I buy multiple items, can I get a discount?
	There is no any discount unit price for multiple items. However, there is shipping discount for multiple items. When buying more than one item which will be added automatically at checkout.
5.	Is any other chance to drop down the shipping fee?
	We apology fist we must charge you according to the shipping rates we set and therefore it is non-negotiable. Shipping charge is the actual cost on FLUXUSOOTH.com but not the profit. Those fees are including all the handling charge from Paypal, item packing and other related cost.
6.	Can we mark the item as a gift or sample?
	In all cases, we help to declare the parcel as low as possible and marked as Gift, so can help you to pay minimum or even no tax or duties upon delivery.

	7.	What’s the delivery method?
		Delivery will be assigned by EMS, one of the fastest modes of delivery. Delivery lead time should be within one week for most locations. Insurance is included and you can track your item online by Hong Kong Post Office.
	8.	When will I receive my order?
		Shipping times are listed with the different shipping destinations. We provide the estimate lead time based on the Hong Kong Post Office information. These are only estimates but not guarantees. It is because we have no control if your package gets stopped in customs for a normal security check if cause any delay.
	9.	What will FLUXUSBOOTH.com do if the item is out of stock?
		We update our stock list everyday. In some case, we may receive orders at the same time frame of some popular items and those orders will be arranged in a first come first served basis. Refunds will be provided to our customers within 48 hours if the item is out of stock.
